Terms of use

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Purpose

These terms of use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Leadento platform, published by IMHS LABS LLC, which allows a client institution to automatically qualify inbound email inquiries and reply to them using an AI-based assistant.

2. Access and account creation

Access to the platform is limited to institutions whose registration has been approved by the Leadento team, or whose account was created directly by that team. Each account is protected by a personal email address and password; the client is responsible for keeping these credentials confidential and for any action taken from their account.

3. Description of the service

Leadento connects to the client's mailbox (via a forwarding rule) to analyze each incoming message, determine its intent, language, and urgency, then draft or send a reply based on the knowledge base provided by the client.

Depending on the mode chosen by the client in their settings, replies may be sent automatically or subject to human validation before sending.

4. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date information in their knowledge base (pricing, procedures, dates), as the assistant can only reply based on the data it is given. The client remains solely responsible for the final content of replies sent on their behalf, including when manually validated by a team member.

5. Subscription and billing

Access to the platform is subject to a subscription whose terms (plan, price, duration) are agreed between the client and the Leadento team when the account is set up. Prices shown on the site are stated exclusive of tax and may change with reasonable notice.

6. Liability

Leadento uses reasonable means to ensure the reliability of generated replies, without guaranteeing the complete absence of error or any specific business outcome. IMHS LABS LLC shall not be held liable for the consequences of incomplete or incorrect information provided by the client in their knowledge base.

Leadento's liability may only be engaged in case of proven fault, and will in any event be limited to the amounts actually paid by the client under their subscription over the preceding twelve months.

7. Data protection

The processing of personal data as part of the service is described in our privacy policy, accessible from the site footer.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the subscription under the terms agreed at signup. In the event of a serious breach of these Terms, account access may be suspended or closed without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the State of Wyoming (United States). Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall, failing amicable resolution, be submitted to the competent courts of that State.
