As part of using the platform, we collect: account data for the client's team members (name, email, role); the content of emails received by the client and forwarded to Leadento, as well as generated or sent replies; the information entered in the client's knowledge base; and technical data related to platform usage (login logs, usage statistics).

This data is used to provide the service (qualification and automated replies to inquiries), ensure account security, produce the statistics shown in the client's dashboard, and improve the quality of the service.

We use the following providers to operate the service: Supabase (database hosting and authentication management), Resend (sending of transactional emails and replies), and Hostinger (application server hosting). These providers only access data to the extent necessary to provide their respective services.

Data is retained for the duration of the client's subscription, then deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period after account closure, unless a longer retention period is legally required.

Anyone whose data is processed may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data by writing to contact@leadento.com. We respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe.

The site uses cookies strictly necessary for it to function (language preference, login session). No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are currently used.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, including encrypted communications and per-account access control.
